A spectacular 2 day / 3 night Northern New Mexico Birding Adventure for up to 4 people!  Bird the Sangre de Cristo Mountains with Bob Friedrichs on his summer patch!  You will get to stay in an 80 year old adobe home with antique furnishing yet have all the comforts of home. Target species can include Sage Thrasher, Sagebrush Sparrow, Evening and Black-headed Grosbeak, Dusky Grouse, American Dipper, Lewis’ Woodpecker, Williamson’s Sapsucker, American Three-toed Woodpecker, Canada Jay, Hammond’s and Dusky Flycatchers, Pinyon Jay, Clark’s Nutcracker, Juniper Titmouse, Cassin’s Finch, Lazuli Bunting, Virginia, Black-throated Gray and MacGuillivray’s Warblers and more. Some meals included expertly cooked by Ruth Friedrichs.  Transportation to/from Costilla NM not included.  Available June through August. Trip dates will be arranged with Bob, and pending their availability.

 

NOTE: 2 bedrooms, each with one full sized bed.  You will have to share a full sized bed if more than 2 people.
