Bob reports 26 migrating raptors today. Mississippi Kite 8 Northern Harrier 1 Sharp-shinned Hawk 10 American Kestrel 4 Peregrine Falcon 3 Strong south winds retarded the flight but nine frigatebirds were still hanging in there.

Bob reports 16 migrating raptors today. Osprey 1 Northern Harrier 2 Sharp-shinned Hawk 6 Cooper’s Hawk 1 American Kestrel 1 Peregrine Falcon 5 Strong south and southeast winds killed most of the flight. Nine frigatebirds and 17 Scissor-tailed Flycatchers made the day. Marvin Masters helped out today.
