How about spending a ½ day in the field exploring with famed Houston naturalist and writer Gary Clark! It can be on the wooded grounds of Gulf Coast Bird Observatory located on 34 acres along the Buffalo Camp Bayou in Lake Jackson, or a spot or two within the Greater Houston Area.  Gary started writing the Nature column for the Houston Chronicle in 1999, and it expanded to the San Antonio Express News in 2009. He’s the award winning author of six books, including the new Book of Texas Birds.  Date of outing to be determined by all parties involved.
