Wild Game Dinner

Be the high bidder on this ‘Adventure in Eating’. This Wild Game experience will be featured in a multiple course meal to be prepared and served at your host’s home in Lake Jackson, TX. The extraordinary menu is listed below. This dinner is for a maximum of 8, so pick 7 of your best friends and enjoy! The evening will need to be scheduled to accommodate the hosts and diners.

Appetizer – Matagorda Bay Redfish Ceviche

Soup – Tuscan Style Soup of Hog Thief Creek* and Venison and Wild Boar Sausage

Salad – Hearts of Palm over Mixed Greens with a Citrus Vinaigrette

Main – Hog Thief Creek* Braised Venison Shanks with Red-skinned Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable Tureen

Dessert – Individual Meringue topped with Fresh Berries

Drink – Water and tea provided with meal. Guests are welcome and encouraged to bring their favorite wines/libations.

* Hog Thief Creek is a seasonal stream which courses through the Heller family ranch in Goliad County, source of venison and pork.
